Kids Sessions
We develop kids into awesome climbers!
Rock Over Climbing has a variety of options for kids climbing, from drop-in sessions to a competitive squad. We offer a fun and safe environment to run sessions throughout the week and we have an amazing team of coaches who are keen to teach the next generation of climbers.
Are you looking to book a party? If so, look no further, we also offer space for kids birthday parties along with a dedicated coach for the duration of their climbing session. To book a party, send an email to office@rockoverclimbing.com with the number of children you’d like to bring down as well as your preferred time and date.

Kids Climbing – Frequently Asked Questions
Will there be a climbing instructor?
All pre-booked kids climbing sessions will have an instructor for the duration of the session
What equipment will I need?
All climbing equipment is provided, although we do recommend wearing indoor trainers and clothes that you can move around comfortably in.
Do I need to book?
Please book in advance to ensure there is an instructor available to run your session
What session is right for my child?
For first time climbers we’d recommend booking on to a Kids Taster session. If they’ve tried climbing before and would like to improve, then our Junior Club is a great next step. A Family Induction is also a great option if you’re looking to all climb together regularly!
