Women’s night

When: Every other Friday 6pm – 8pm

Where: Rock Over Central

Price: £10 (free if you have a membership!)

Overview: A chilled social climb open to all abilities, newbies are especially cherished. The night consists of hour and a half of social climbing followed by half an hour for drinks and cakes and a good catch up! Entry price gets you unlimited climbing and shoe hire plus your drink and cake.

LGBTQIA+ Social night

Hubfest

When: First Wednesday of every month

Where: Rock Over Central

Price: £9 for the night.

Overview: Join us for a fun filled evening taking on the new comp-style problems in the hub. There are routes for all abilities, from novice to advanced climbers, and staff will be on hand to coach you through the tricky bits. Lights, music, fresh routes and good vibes. What’s not to love? See you there!

LGBTQIA+ Social night on tour

When: Future dates TBC

Where: Rock Over Sharston

Price: £10 (free if you have a membership!)

Overview: These nights will run much the same as the LGBTQIA+ social just at different locations. Entry price gets you unlimited climbing and shoe hire plus your drink and cake as usual. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Bolton Boards Social

When: Future dates TBC

Where: Rock Over Bolton

Price: Free with standard entry price

Overview: This social will be both an introduction to how board climbing works and how to climb on them effectively, and a sociable evening where you can meet new board climbing friends. This social is for everyone so do not be put off if you have never board climbed before, however to get the most out of the social it is best to be comfortable climbing V3 or above. Entry includes climbing, shoe hire and a free hot drink to round off the evening. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Rock Over PRIDE social

When: 2024 date TBC

Where: Rock Over Central

Price: £11 for the night.

Overview: Rock Over celebrates pride in style. We are pulling out all the stops with a brand new Hub reset complete with party lights, music and off piste boulders. There will be challenges to complete for prizes, slack lines, pizza and more! Come and celebrate the wonderful queer climbing community we have created at Rock Over climbing. No need to pre-book, just rock up and get involved!
